TEI- Targeted Early Intervention

Toukley Neighbourhood Centre is funded by the
NSW Government to provide the Targeted Early Intervention program which delivers flexible support for children, young people, families and communities
experiencing or at risk of vulnerability.

These community support services, community strengthening programs, activities and events are offered at the neighbourhood centre, with partner organisations or at various outreach locations. They provide information, referrals, and opportunities for learning new skills or building social connection, participation and capacity.

The Centre also offers Community Connection opportunities for children, young people, families and community to participate in a social capacity through volunteering, our Reconciliation Action Plan and working group meetings, Together 4 Toukley meetings, Community Café, Youth Yard, and Building Blox groups or various outreach programs at preschools, schools, local shopping centres, outdoor park activities and community events.
