Wyong Neighbourhood Centre
We partner with Wyong Neighbourhood Centre to provide limited Emergency Relief appointments to support the community in Toukley and surrounding areas of the Central Coast, NSW. This funding comes from DSS (Department of Social Services) 


Orange Sky Laundry
Orange Sky volunteers bring the Central Coast laundry van "Tumbles" to Toukley Neighbourhood Centre every Friday from 9.30 am-12.30 pm to provide washing and drying services for our most vulnerable community members.


Uniting
On Tuesdays from 9.30am -11.30am the Multicultural Supported Playgroup operates in our activity area. Providing an opportunity for children and families to participate in play experiences and meet other parents, carers and children in our local area. 


Together for Toukley
Several Toukley-based organisations meet regularly to discuss issues relevant to Toukley. T4T, as it is known, help to plan several major events each year including, Wet, Wild & Rhythm during Youth Week, the Starr Cup during November and the Lighting of the Tree in December. Some of the partners involved with T4T are Toukley Public School, St Mary's School, Toukley Lions and Lionesses, Toukley 50+ Leisure and Learning Centre, Toukley Preschool, Little Coast Kids Toukley, Play to Learn Preschool. Central Coast Council and TNC.


Connect NOW
Community event "Who's In Your Neighbourhood?" every October during Mental Health Month at Lake Haven Recreation Centre and Gravity Youth space supported by all the services and organisations involved in the Connect NOW interagency network.


NSW Health - Central Coast Local Health District. 
Alongside Central Coast Local Health District, TNC facilitates a Better Health Self-Management program for community members who have a Chronic Health Condition or a Carer of someone with a Chronic Health Condition. The program is a one day a week for 2.5 hours over a 6 week period and discuss sleep, understanding difficult emotions, nutrition, action plans and more.


Central Coast Community Legal Centre
This northern outreach clinic has been operating fortnightly on Fridays since 2013 and provides free legal advice appointments for clients on both civil and family law matters. 


Central Coast Community Women's Health Centre
This partnership provides much needed parenting courses like Bringing Up Great Kids with a trained counsellor and childcare places available for families to attend, made possible by Communities for Children funding.


Central Coast Neighbourhood Centre Alliance
There are 11 Neighbourhood Centres and Community Centres on the Central Coast. These centres have formed a group that meets regularly to collaborate and plan for collective impact.


Food Care Vouchers for St Vincent De Paul
St Vincent de Paul Society have purchased vouchers for their clients to spend at Lakes Food Care since 2012. Vouchers spent in our charity food store represent better value for money than vouchers spent in the major food chains. Our partnership with the St Vincent de Paul Society is on-going and mutually beneficial. TNC wish to thank the St Vincent de Paul Society for their continuing long term support of our social enterprise.


Coast Hands
Coast Hands provide 30-40 frozen meals delivered to us and other neighbourhood centres every week. This support would not be possible without the amazing commitment of so many Central Coast sponsors and local restaurants.
