Lakes Food Care is Relocating

Lakes Food Care is in the process of addressing several objections to our DA submitted to Central Coast Council (originally last year).

Finding a premises to house our Social Enterprise has been somewhat difficult due to the size of building we require and the cost of renting commercial buildings - balanced with keeping prices low enough to benefit our customers with lower incomes.

With any DA, there can be objections to the proposal that need to be addressed. We are doing our best to do so and are hoping to have it all resolved soon.

Strategic Plan

We have just put the finishing touches on a strategic plan for our service and it is now available for viewing. If you would like a print quality version or a hard copy version, please contact admin@tnc.org.au

What we do and why we do it...

In June 2015, we were approached by Michael Rayment from Hunter TAFE, to participate in a video project highlighting a number of local Central Coast community services.

The videos were to be shown at Central Coast Connect Day. Central Coast Connect Day is an event designed to bring together people who are homeless or at risk of homelessness on the Central Coast with the services and support they need whilst providing them with a positive day they will remember. For more information about CC Connect Day, visit the Facebook page here
