Services & Support

Please note, we will be CLOSED from Friday 22nd December 2023 and reopen with limited services and programs on Monday 8th of January 2024. Please stay safe and take care.

Call us from Monday 8th of January 2024 on 02 43961555 for ALL intake, assessment, referrals and appointments, including crisis food assistance, frozen meals, Emergency Relief, electricity & gas bill help and community support.

The Neighbourhood Centre is funded by the NSW Department of Communities and Justice to provide information, referral and support over the phone, face to face, email, website, social media or contact with our “Pop Up TNC” outreach venues targeting children, families, young people and communities experiencing risk or vulnerability.

We provide crisis food support like frozen meals and hampers in partnership with our social enterprise TNC Food Care and organisations like Foodbank NSW & ACT, Oz Harvest, Second bite and Coast Hands. We also partner with Shoebox Revolution and Share the Dignity to provide crisis support for homeless or vulnerable clients. Our connection with Good 360 helps to provide camping gear, clothing, and stationery, empower packs, including some books and toys for Christmas support each year.

We also provide Emergency Relief appointments in partnership with Wyong Neighbourhood Centre Inc. and funded by the Australian government (DSS).

We can help to refer clients to many organisations and specialised services including counselling, financial counselling, legal advice and We Care Connect for baby and children’s clothing.

We can also provide assistance with electricity and gas bills (EAPA) by appointment only or alternatively you can contact Services NSW at https://www.service.nsw.gov.au/ for this type of assistance.
