Multicultural Supported Playgroup Tuesdays during school term 9.30am-11am at Toukley Neighbourhood Centre. Attendance is by referral only call 1800 067 967.

“Supported Playgroups” is funded by Families NSW therefore there are no costs involved for families attending our groups.

Wyong Supported Playgroups are playgroups with a difference. Supported playgroups are run by a Playgroup Facilitator whose role is to provide fun educational activities for children and their families.

Supported Playgroups provide a welcoming, relaxed and friendly environment for parents to meet, share experiences with their children and develop social networks.

Playgroup facilitators are able to provide information on your child’s development and can offer support and advice on parenting, provide up to date information and resources on parenting, health and other local services.

Limited transport is also available to the groups.

Playgroups are for children 0-5 years.

Supported Playgroups welcome Mums, Dads, Grandparents and Carers.

Families have the opportunity to:

Have fun experiences within a flexible and creative playgroup
Lean about their child’s developmental stages
Attend outings and special events
Meet other families
Share ideas and experiences
Gain supportive networks within the community
Access community services and organisations
Participate in the development of the playgroup
